Options

contact

condition required to draw an edge (contact) between two nodes in the output DGS file. If contact='asym_cx', then an edge is created and maintained between nodes A and B as long A is connected to B *or* B is connected to A in the input file. If contact='sym_cx', then an edge is created and maintained between nodes A and B as long as A is connected to B *and* B is connected to A. The default condition is 'asym_cx'.
